Are all documents mandatory for activating my account?

To activate your account, you must complete ID verification, a national police check, and provide either proof of professional qualifications, relevant work experience, or evidence of an existing business. Once these criteria are met, your account will be activated, and you’ll be eligible to start receiving bookings. Details of what has been verified and what remains pending will be visible under your profile on the Orderoo app. It’s important to complete all documentation requirements; doing so builds trust with potential customers and enhances your profile’s visibility. Our platform’s algorithm favours fully verified profiles, which can significantly increase your opportunities for bookings.
